Once you've placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order. Please check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder. To access your order history through the Shoebox app, please follow the steps below: Click "Account" on the bottom right corner. Click "Order History". Each order listed will have the current state below the name of the card.
